Advice wanted for found crow
My husband found a crow at his work and insisted on bringing it home. He said it was sitting on a mini dump truck he has at work and stayed there his whole shift so he brought it home. He thinks it's a young crow because it has some pin feathers under the wings. We are currently keeping him in a box in our garage because we have other animals we don't want to have contact with just in case. Tried giving him pulled pork and water for now because we know they are scavengers. My husband wants to raise him back to health so we can befriend more crows potentially. Is this a wise course of action? If anyone has advice it would be greatly appreciated.
Edit: It sat next to him on his dump truck while he drove it around his whole shift just chillin and by the end of the shift the other crows that were there were all gone, which is why he brought him home cuz it was night and he didn't want a predator to eat him
Edit: We brought the crow back to where it was found. We think he is safe with the other crows now. Thanks all for your concerns and advice
