Manager in brand-new restaurant is teaching us all how to do everything. I mean everything.

I applied for this job for a new restaurant. There were three positions, front of house, table busser, and kitchen porter.

I applied and got the front of house job, along with two other girls who got the other jobs.

It's my first restaurant job. (Idk how I got it but I rolled with it)

It's a small enough restaurant, but has immediatly become popular.

It's just gone passed day 4 since the restaurant opened, and both of the other girls are being taught how to cook the food. And theyre actually doing it.

Cooking. No experience in a kitchen. Pretty successfully actually.

Our roles are being rotated each day. Today I was washing the dishes and pots.

I'm terrified I'm going to go in tomorrow and he's going to try teach me how to cook. He was telling me to watch closely today as she cooked.

What do I do? Capitalize on the oppurtunity to learn, or run away because this is way more than I signed up for? Is this normal? Is this good or bad?

WTF is going on with the framerate?

I play on a Samsung Tab S9 (it can run most nintendo switch games flawlessly) but Sky's FPS is jumping up and down no matter what settings I choose. This seems to have started after recent updates.

I choose 60fps, but the game is clearly running at 15fps, occasionally jumping up to 30 for a few seconds.

I dont use the event tech, and the issue doesnt seem to occur based on how many people are in the server. It's all the time, regardless of how much is happening on screen.

Is anyone else having this issue?

Whats it like living in the Azores?

I'm from Ireland, and Azores look nice. Similar to Ireland in some ways.

Warmer, good food, and small communities.

How is living there? Do you feel isolated? Are locals bothered by people moving there?

You hear people talking about the canary islands all the time, but never about the Azores.

They seem to be under the radar a bit.

Over 25 players?

Hiii, I'm 26 and I started playing Sky when I was 19-ish. I played every day for YEARS and made loads of friends, but we all stopped being active :')

I miss Sky and I want to play it again, but I mostly encounter teens when trying to make friends.

Is there anyone over 25 who play Sky frequently?

Lets be friends :D

Is Wollongong alright?

I'm searching around for places in NSW to do my WHV that aren't Sydney City directly. I've been to Sydney and traveled up the Central Coast, but I've never been south. Looking at small cities and towns that wouldnt be too over-saturated.

I'm trying to stay in the Sydney area because I have family there already. Want to be close to them.

It looks like a nice place, still close enough to Sydney for day-trips, but I keep seeing locals on tiktok make jokes about it lol.

The rent seems...a bit cheaper? Maybe? But less competition in the job market is what means the most to me.

Can any NSW locals tell me if it's a good option?

And please, if you have any better suggestions, fire away.

Is anyone else getting the vibe that he's gonna be another Rosalyne

He's my most anticipated Harbinger, but the fact thay they're only bringing him out now, almost as if out of obligation, I uhhhhhh.

So, he's dottore's funder. We already fought dottore twice, and it seemed like we killed him.

Now he's back in the promo, but looking kinda like a robot.

Im kinda getting the suspicion that Pantalone wasn't satisfied with the outcome of his 'investment', and that he has revived and re-built Dottore in some way.

Nahida is gonna bring the Dottore bot to the light side, like how she did for Scara. The Dottore robot is going to be redeemed...And we kill Pantalone instead. 💀

Im just fully yapping out of my ass here. But this is fun.
