I’ll start off by saying, I have no knowledge on audio quality, speakers, JBL or any of that stuff. I wear a pair of rep AirPod pro’s to work and to the gym and that’s about the height of my audio experience. All information from this post is just to my untrained little ears and personal opinion.
Well, for ¥99 I’m actually impressed. I had little to no hope for this speaker. I genuinely bought it just to take it on vacation with no worries of losing it.
FYI: The shipping ended up being more expensive than the speaker itself, and there’s very little shipping lines accept it from Superbuy
Sound quality: 6.5/10 I guess. Idk, sounds a bit muffled at low volume (obviously), but more like if someone played a loud speaker and stuffed a pillow over it.
Base: It actually doesn’t seem half bad. It gives the sides a good rattle if that’s good enough for you💀 as I said above, I have no clue on audio.
No, sadly it doesn’t connect to the JBL portable app
Build quality: The lettering is a bit rough around the edges. The speaker itself seems sturdy af. Rubbers and handle seem solid. Good weight too the speaker too (see photos for exact)

Came with all the usual stuff, boxes, manual, handle
Buttons all work, Can’t record me turning the volume up with the buttons because it cuts off, but I can confirm this works too.
Havent tested it harman works.
Final thoughts: it definitely out performed what i thought a 99 yuan speaker would perform like. Total priced worked out like £30 after shipping which is ok I guess. I’m sure if you searched around you could get something similar for cheaper.
