SOS: Floor Tile Install w/ serious Lipping

Hello!

We are new to tile laying and are at a cross-road at this very moment but need to continue this project today!
TL;DR

New build home
Large format 24x24 tile
Plywood Subfloor
Schluter uncoupling membrane already installed
Dry-fitting tiles
Tile corners are bumped in some areas by no more than 1/4”
Photos Attached

We’re noticing that some of the tiles are lifted at the edges no more than a 1/4” at the worst spots, showcasing that the floor is not flat. (So the tile is almost balancing and can teeter either way.) We are brand new to tiling so with as much research as we did, we are somehow still in a pickle. Maybe we should’ve leveled the floor first.. We assumed it was flat enough after prepping the floor but guess not!

Do we:

A) rip up the uncoupling membrane and level the floor? are these tiles going to crack if we don’t?

B) use medium-set since the heights are no larger than 1/4” and just get to installing the tile?

or C) YOU TELL ME PLSSSS. SOSOSOSOS.

I truly at a cross road and would hate to have to rip it all up and redo, so now is the time to consider backtracking! Thanks so much!
