Hopefully I give enough information here. We are looking to acquire another company that uses ecommerce, our business now currently does not. The other business is not on NetSuite whatsoever and our business is. If we buy the other company and merge the business together, how much pain is it going to be to...

-import all the data from the other business into our NetSuite
-setup up both entities for ecommerce using NetSuite as the main driver?

please be gentle as I have no background in Ecommerce and still pretty green when it comes to NetSuite in general (2 years deep)
