I paid to have a custom engagement ring made. I have attached pictures of what was shown to the jeweler as well as the ring. Will post everything I believe is wrong with it in the comments. Am I crazy to ask for a refund?

EDIT: got a refund and the original ring I gave them that we agreed would be used to make her ring
