Sub $10 would be crazy for a growing business

Looking for entry points on CCOI, HIVE, KEEL, RBBN, CRNT & AMPX
I’ve been narrowing down a small-cap watchlist and want to add only a couple more positions. I’m generally trying to buy pullbacks rather than chase momentum, so I’m curious where people who follow these names would actually start buying.
My current watchlist:
CCOI — restructuring/turnaround + rapidly growing wavelength business. Interested in the potential AI/data-center connectivity angle, but debt/FCF and legacy declines concern me.
HIVE — Bitcoin miner increasingly pivoting toward AI/HPC/GPU cloud. I like the story but don’t want to chase after recent AI contract/news momentum.
KEEL — former Bitfarms; power infrastructure being repositioned toward AI/HPC data centers.
RBBN — telecom turnaround with IP/optical and data-center interconnect exposure.
CRNT — wireless backhaul with strong recent carrier orders.
AMPX — silicon-anode batteries with aviation/drone/defense applications. Different thesis from the others but potentially asymmetric.
I’m also watching BB and AT&T, but I’m more willing to wait on those.
For anyone who owns/follows these: what price would you consider a good entry today, and what would make you wait for a deeper pullback?
Also interested in hearing which 2–3 you’d choose if you couldn’t own all of them. I’m looking for bear cases too, not just confirmation of my thesis.
