What's something invaluable you've taken from your MLS degree and used at work?
See title. Spent five years in libraries as a library assistant, am now an admin assistant at a college. Thinking I want to go back to public libraries in an adult services / outreach position, but would (probably) need to get my MLS if I want something full time.
Just curious about MLS degrees especially given the state of the market and the world.
