👋 Has anyone here had a collateral tortuous vein form in / through their glute and what was the treatment? I recently pushed for an additional ultrasound to be done on my back right glute. Found the vein stated above. Supposedly this is very rare and IR, vascular, etc is unsure how to treat. Been to 3 vascular surgeons and 1 interventional radiologist. They said I need another venography with dye to determine the origin of the collateral vein. Past history of trauma to this legal along with external iliac reflux. Anyone know anyone who’s had this? Thanks.
