Dillema-Fellowship Ivs

Hello,
I have applied to hem&onc and hospice & palliative medicine and I did apply to one program, both specialties- i know! Stupid me…
Now the bigger problem is I got both Ivs . I want to decline HPM IV as the dates they are offering I have already other HPM interviews. How should I navigate this situation?

Hospice and Palliative Medicine

I am applying to hem/onc but coming from community program and as a visa requiring IMG, I am also applying for HPM. What signal strategy should i keep in mind.

Some of the criteria I am following
IMG friendliness
Number of positions
Associated Cancer center
If they take their HPM fellows in hem/onc etc.

Should i tell them about my future plan to pursue hem/onc during interview?

Thank you

Hem-Onc Research

PGY-2 from community program. I started doing research this year and was willing to collaborate with others in the field. However, I noticed that people in the program are very competitive, they will say that they are not doing anything but then have 10 posters in the ASCO. Is this universal thing or just Indian/asian thing, being highly competitive? How do I find people to collaborate with. I guess I was looking to make connection where we can work as a team, not against each other cause I think there will be other 400 applicants, not just those 10 people in the program. I feel very nervous and dejected. Any advise to stay motivated will help. Grateful for this community:)
