I don't think the foreground characters are AI.

The online translation of this doujinshi is hard to understand so I'll try to do a rough synopsis. It's a party for Miyako's birthday (which is today as I write this). Miyako is wearing a Higero themed outfit (a gift from Hana?). Noa asks Miyako if she makes clothes at university to which she replies she submits them to school. Hinata finds one and they pressure Miyako to put it on, so she does. Most of them think it looks great on her, but Hana thinks she looked better in the Higero themed outfit.

Miyako has her faults but with a little sister like Hinata most big sisters wouldn't be as patient. Chino is about 3 years older than Hinata.

Hana says "wake up"
Hinata (in her dream) says "I finished my homework"
