Getting keys before deed
I'm buying a house in cash. We signed the compromis de vente 12 days ago. How could I go about getting keys early so I can get everything all set before winter makes things difficult.

Are roofs that don't leak or bow(very straight from outside) much to worry about? This house is in the center of France and was built around 1920, the flat titles and logs are original. There's 0 insulation on it, open breathing and non termite area. Currently there's a large water heater up here though so idk if maybe I should think about upgrading the roof?
What was your timeline like from offer through deed and keys. And if you happened to have bought a house with an original roof how has it been? The house I'm buying I'm hoping to figure out when I get the keys and sign the deed on. I sign the compromise next week and arm trying to get a ballpark around when I'll get the keys. The realtor says this small town is quick to finish their objection period papers.
Is this down for you too? I'm at an Airbnb and the hosts internet hardly clears 1mbps and my Lebara is around the same here in vieux-conde so I'm trying to figure out which carrier will in fact have good speed for my next 2 weeks of hell
