Best way to get from Piazza Navona to P.za del Colosseo at around 6am?

I'll be in Rome next week and have a surprise proposal planned and wondering what's the best way to get here for 6.30am. hotel is a 1 minute walk from Piaza Navona but the walk to the spot would be around 40 minutes which isn't unreasonable but given the current weather in Rome and having a photographer booked etc I'd rather not have us both hot and bothered hence the very early time for this.

I'm thinking a taxi to a nearby location would be my best option since she has no idea where we're going and this way I could pick a spot that's a 5 minute walk away

If a taxi is the best way how reliable is a taxi and what's the best way to book it? Also how is traffic around these areas between 6am-6.30am on a Sunday?

I'm likely just overthinking but with timing arrival with photographer I'm just a little concerned to arrive late or even worse to arrive before photographer

Confused about ticket release time for the big circle (idk why I can't say the name here)

I'm looking to get tickets for Sunday 12th July but they're not available yet and from what I can tell it'll be possibly to oruchase from 12th June. Is there a specific time the tickets become available?

I would assume that would be local time in Rome and not where I live which is the UK?

It's been a few days of trying now. I'm going to have to book tickets through a 3rd party it seems as just can't access the site at all. I'm in the UK if that helps
