Question(s) about the Holy Spirit

Hi, so im a trinitarian and i am asking a simple question about the holy spirit, when you unitarians call the holy spirit "Gods impersonal force" what does that exactly mean? Like does that refer to God's expression of divine attributes (like Wisdom and love as a example) or Gods creative force similar to how the son works, or Even Gods own operations with humanity or creation?

Theres also another question i may ask, when you all refer to the holy spirit is the holy spirit the operations of God himself? or a distinct agent of God? im a bit confused because when i see unitarian apologists they sometimes have differing views or inconsistent views on the Holy spirit on Who he (or it) is, but i am open to others interpretations.
