A car blocked garage exit
Olá malta, sorry for English, I am a foreigner and still learning Portuguese. As a foreigner, I have a question whom should I call if there’s a car parked so it blocks my exit? I tried 112 but they say they I should call local police or tow company. What’s the local police district who deals with it?
