Wondering if anyone else is having a negative experience with Phoenix Perennials mail order this season.

Huge delays, orders cancelled last-minute, low-quality plants sent, an order made in April still not sent as of July 1st....? They are claiming backorders, unreliable vendors, and an unexpected volume of orders is causing all the problems.

I have ordered edibles which seem to not be their primary focus. Not sure if they just haven't ensured that they have a reliable supplier network set up for these or what.

Anyone else experiencing similar? Is this typical for them? This is my first year ordering Spring pre-order from them and they have so many varieties that no one else carries but not sure I can trust them for mail order again after this Spring. I cannot visit in person.
