Planning an intimate dinner experience in Belfast (30–50 guests) and looking for a self-catering venue that isn't the usual suspects.

Needs:
- Kitchen access or prep space for a professional chef
- Capacity for 30–50 seated guests
- Somewhere with character
- Available for private hire on a weekend evening

I've already looked at one at Cathedral Quarter (too expensive) and another just outside of Belfast (may consider). Looking for alternatives.

Anyone know an event space like this, or know an owner personally?
