Now what should I max out?

First off are there any 3 pieces combos that sync as well as BD•BZ•EE, well enough to run out all 7? Then are there any 4 pieces that I must use or that are totally worth running to max. I max out characters to keep the max gun grind from boring me to death so feel free to tell me what to do in this instance, thanks in advance.

Rubber Band?

I've had something weird happen in the new glitch twice now. If for some reason I'm grappling when the boss dies I'm stuck in that like fast move animation and I have to try really hard to get to the case and stay in it without being thrown to the wall all rubber bandie like. If I let my sticks just rest it'll continually throw me until it's thrown me into something that I stay against, it tries to throw me off the map. Has anyone else encountered this?
