My bfs daughter (12yo) saw a boy from school in a parking lot while out shopping and was trying to commit to memory the license plate of the car he got into…I thought it was weird so I asked what she was doing. She said her mom’s bf can find out where anyone lives …👀 so that’s creepy…and then she says “yea he looks up everybody’s tag”.
I didn’t say anything in the moment and just changed the subject; but it left me with the ick! And with so many questions. wth? Is this normal? Like does **** just let their sales people access anybody’s personal information even if they don’t come in to buy/trade a car? Can I find out if my plates have been searched? If not allowed here, please point me in the right direction.
