Help, got suspended for no reason and cannot reach customer support
Guys, I was in the middle of a conversation with a branded video producer, and shared a link to one of his own videos posted by previous clients, from Fiverr. Hoping to make a reference to asking if that's what I could expect to get. And then, BAM, received a PERMANENT suspension email, for no good reason....
Tried to reach customer service, but it takes me to a login page, and I cannot login to the account that got suspended... am I supposed to create a new account to appeal for my previous account?
What the heck did I do wrong here? Can't even share links for content within Fiverr?
