Edinburgh Homeowners disputing Factors Charges - months of stress and apparently the median payout is £266
Where is the deterant for a factor ?! There is none - hence the reason why you see the repitition of factors being taken to court for the same things over and over. If youve gone through this battle yourself - was the payout worth it?
