Why are there no dogs and cats in Starfield?
Humans had plenty of time to leave Earth, but didn't take their pets with them. Why?
Also, why didn't humans take livestock with them to Jemison, considering the planet is perfectly adequate for Earth-based lifeforms?
It's very weird to see an interstellar human society that, for some reason, couldn't be bothered to take animals from Earth with them to space.
