In your opinion, should it be legal or illegal to take photos of people in public, without their concent, and put them online?

An fyi if you're unaware - Both are legal in all 50 US states, protected by the 1st amendment under freedom of the press. Every US citizen in considered press. But is this a good thing?

I recently started moderating r/WhatAgeAmI. (Users post photos of themselves and people guess their age.) The sub was flagged by Reddit as NSFW, as it was unmoderated. I'm working on getting the NSFW flag removed. I have already removed hundreds of posts and banned hundreds of people. However, I have scoured the internet to try and find the exact rules as to what Reddit considers NSFW, and I cannot find this info.

I always remove all posts that are obviously sexually explicit, or if OP has adult links or nudity on their profile. However, Is a bikini pic NSFW? Is cleavage NSFW? Is a shirtless man NSFW? Do I have to monitor the OP's profile and remove their post if they have posted in other NSFW subs? What if their profile has a NSFW tag, but their post in *my* sub is SFW? Do I need to remove their post then? Idk how strict I have to be to keep my sub SFW.

I just wish Reddit would release a detailed NSFW policy, so I can stop guessing.
