I didn’t know when you’re choosing a NDC in f9 it tells you the non preferred(NP) and warehouse preferred(WP) I know it’s not hack per se but a speculation that I never noticed after 8 years.

Like a rejection of insurance for invalid zip code you go into the profile you delete the second part of the zip code i.e. (11111-2222) and it’ll go through

I also have been utilizing AI (which pains me) to find OTC NDCs that are covered by their Medicaid plan with a lot of success

Or like changing the dispense qty so it goes back to 4pt and then can type in the drug field that isn’t greyed out anymore
