Applying for VISA
I received my COS from my employer, under skilled worker visa. I’m a nurse and will be working in Theatre am I eligible to Health and Care Worker Visa?
Also my contract with the hospital is 4 yrs yet, my COS start date indicates only 1 year? Does this mean I will be applying for VISA upto 3yrs only and not more than 3yrs?
It is stated in my contract that the hospital will pay for the first Skilled Worker VISA application and subsequent renewals via our expenses process during the duration of our employment, does that mean there would be no problem if my first visa is till 3 years?
Also the filing is asking if there is an indication in my COS that the company will have me take my OSCE before 3 month, will sponsor me band 5 and will not sponsor if I cant be a fully registered by 8 minths?
band 5 is included in my cos, but theres nothing indicated about the OSCE and 8 months (though its indicated in the contract) should i ask my employer to revised my COS for it, or there would be no problem?
