difficulty getting hysterectomy?

i’m 20 years old and just got my diagnosis after having a pelvic ultrasound. i haven’t had a period in months since i’m on testosterone and norethrindrone, but i still experience severe pelvic pain. honestly, i was wanting to get a hysterectomy anyway as gender affirming care- i was just wondering what yalls experience is with doctors and getting one, i’ve heard some doctors are hesitant to give young people hysterectomies since they might change their mind, but i really never want to get pregnant anyway it’s one of my worst fears and would make me severely dysphoric.
i also really don’t want to have to live with this pain until i hit menopause.
