2022 VIP Experience - Chairs

I got my hands on some VIP chairs, I know they usually have chairs you can take as part of VIP packages during tour. These are specifically from 2022 and I can’t seem to find exact matching ones online but I do see in many places where the tour was listed that the VIP Experience included a take home chair which was signed.

Does anyone one have a similar one or can confirme these are in fact real. These are directly from Superfan which is who provides these good for said events.

Need help getting rid of dog urine smell.

I took over a lease from my parent which had a dog for about 10 years, they didn’t properly train the dog and he used to pee a lot when left alone by the front door of the house, it would sometimes pool there all day long until they came home from work. When I took over the lease I removed all the flooring there down the the hardwood.

I tried the baking soda with paper towels, the vinegar, I did a lot of “home hacks” with the shaving cream. I’ve tried literally everything. The last thing I have not tried is the cleaner with the enzymes.

If you’ve dealt with something similar and had success, please help! The smell is it especially smelly on humid days, especially during the hot summer.

Any help is appreciated!
