Why is civil engineering so goddamn competitive

who the hell wants to build all these bridges and stupid skyscrapers (other than me ofc). WHY on gods green earth is civil engineering like mid 90's?

I'm sitting at a 92ish as my top 5, and 93ish as my top 6. I'm doing the IBDP, so i am PRAYING that the curve locks in during my exams.

Chemistry (grade 12- current): 94

Physics (grade 11): 90

Adv Func: 96

English (grade 11): 87 (istg i didn't kill my teacher's dog or anything like that)

Calc (grade 12- current): 94

Econ (4M): 99 (bless my econ teacher's soul)

My end all goal is U of T, with Mac and Waterloo as a close second. I applied to York and Ottawa too. Lowk got scared away from applying to TMU as my safety, cuz TMU got no right being 90+...

Can anybody chance me? Things that I can improve upon?
