Pepsis and prey

I think this is P. mildei with a A. eutylenum. Ventura county.
The bright orange antennae rule out P grossa i think but really don’t know.

50 year old

I’ve been doing this routing for 3 months and feel really good. I’m a paramedic in a busy county and do some backcountry SAR stuff. Recovery is huge so it’s a short, tight routine.
I’m 6’1, 205 and my sandbag is 80lbs

Push
Bird dogs and side planks 2x30sec
Cuban press 5lbs 2x12-15
Ring push up 3x3
EMOM sb to shoulder x1 followed by 5-10pushups
Lu Raise 5lbs 2x12-15

Pull
Band pull a parts 2x20
EMOM 10 minute chins or inverted rows 2-5 per minute
Side planks and bird dogs
Hammer curls 3 x15
SB row 5x5 or SB carry or SB lunge with rotation

Sandbag day
SB complex 3x3
Floor to chest
Squat
Push press
High pull
30 min zone 2

Off days is zone 2 step ups or stairmaster or just all recovery and indoor nothing.
Sometimes with a weight vest.
I like but I’m sure there are holes. Let me know what you all think.
