Apartment turning into an oven. Dyson Cool is slightly expensive? Better mobile Klimaanlage recommendations around 200€ or less?

Heat is absolutely cooking Germany right now (again after three straight years of this madness), and my apartment is turning into a sauna with no fan at all. Can’t sleep, can’t even sit without sweating buckets.
I’m thinking of grabbing a Dyson Cool (AM07 or AM09) but at ~€350-500 it feels way slightly expensive for what it is.
Looking for better alternatives around or under 200€ that actually deliver real cooling (mobile Klimaanlagen, plug-and-play, no install needed).
