Brașov running festival - do I need trail shoes for the trail-to-road event?
Bună! Puteți răspunde în română. Înțeleg destul de bine cât să citesc, doar că nu scriu prea bine
I plan to run at the Brașov running festival in October, still haven't decided between the trail-to -road and the 10k open. Does anyone here have experience with the trail to road race? I was wandering how technical the trails are, and whether I should bring trail shoes with me, or will road shoes with enough grip suffice?
