Hey everyone,

As the title says, I’m currently in search of an eye exam office or doctor who will take the above mentioned insurance plan. I’m willing to go anywhere in Stockton, or even Lodi.

I checked the HPSJ (Health Plan of San Joaquin, for anyone wondering) website & made calls to their listed providers, but every single office has said they no longer take my insurance.

So unfortunately everything HPSJ is telling me is out of date :(
