2 years out and feel like I’m going backwards…

This is my third acl on the same knee. 15 years since I last tore it so I’m 35 now. Was very active, played soccer 2-3 times a week.

I knew the journey so I knew it would take a year and maybe more but I’ll be two years in December and I’ve never felt great…. And now it hurts to walk.

Been to two PTs so they can’t seem to pin point beyond just - “3rd time”.

Seeing my surgeon in two weeks since I’m vacation but I’m just overall sad. I knew going back to playing will be very challenging but hurting while walking is another level or sadness /failure.

Tire change already?

Had a fat nail in my tire. The guy checked all 4 and mentioned that the treads are relatively low and recommended all 4 changed. I have a gt line. 27k miles.

That sound right??
