B12 deficiency and taking injection but weird side effects? Is this normal

Hi, I was feeling extremely tired, constant headache, broken nails and hair falling out and just a general feeling of being sickly and brain fog so my doctor send me for blood test and I'm b12 deficient. I get 1ml injection weekly for 4 weeks then 1ml injection once a month for 6 months. I've noticed after the first injection I had heart palpitations, shakey, i was more anxious and a high alert feeling and nauseous for about 3 days then it went away.. Now, after my second injection yesterday I'm starting to feel the same, nauseous, palpitations, i feel more anxious. I told the nurse who injected me she said i must keep an eye on it. Is this normal? Has anyone else been through this? Or is this something to worry about? What is these wake up symptoms people are talking about? Could it be?

I need some legal advice please?

Hi there. I need some advice please.

I had pain and difficulty eating in March.

The dentist quickly decided to place a crown, without fully exploring other options.

The crown was fitted, but pain and swelling started soon after again.

I returned multiple times, but the dentist kept insisting “nothing is wrong with the crown.”

Instead of reassessing the crown, they gave me a night guard, suggesting grinding was the cause.

But i always clenched my teeth before without pain — the pain only started after the crown.

I had repeated visits, ongoing pain, and swelling. Everything was paid in cash.

Got a second opinion

A new dentist reviewed my X‑rays and said the first dentist rushed into a crown too quickly.

They explained the crown was placed incorrectly, irritating the gum and causing infection.

They confirmed the pain was crown‑related, not grinding. Now I'm on antibiotics and have to get whatever the other dentist did fixed.

I have spent a lot of money with the first dentist and now going to have to spent more. Is there anyway I can get some of my money back from the first dentist or where can I report this. I am in a lot of pain and discomfort and also anxious.

I have emailed my old dentist explaining what had happened and that I have been in pain for months and he kept on saying it's normal. I've also told him the findings of my new dentist. He refuses to give a refund or even a partial refund. He wants me to go to him so he can see if I'm really in pain or if he can fix it himself. I'm too scared to go back to that dentist as I've been saying I'm in pain and he did nothing about it. I've got all the xrays, scripts and findings of the new dentist. I know he was negligent. What can I do? He keeps on pushing me to come back to his practice.
