Is it difficult to make a surgically downturned nose upturned?

I feel devastated over the downturn. Of all the rhinoplasties performed in the world. Why me. Why did I have to get a downturned nose when I didn’t even have one at the start.

I want a revision so bad but I’m afraid of getting botched, rib harvesting and having to go through this all over again.

My nose is locked downwards in a masculine convex shape due to a 3 piece columellar strut and I don’t know if anyone’s able to fix this at this point.

Revision surgeon recommendations?

I had a primary rhinoplasty done that left me with a downturned nose, a slopeless masculine bridge and a stiff tip due to a columellar strut locking my tip downwards.

Does anyone know any good revision surgeons able to make my nose upturned, sloped and shorter? Price is of no concern to me

Revision surgeons able to fix a masculine primary result?

I was given a downturned, slopeless, masculine nose from my primary surgery. From the front it is awfully narrow, elongated and downturned, so width from taking down the bridge a bit more is not a major concern for me.

Has anyone gotten a revision where their downturned tip was rotated upwards and bridge became more sloped?

I’m unable to find a revision surgeon able to do this as a lot of revisions I see tend to be around reconstructing or adding to the nose. My issue is a too-strong, unfeminine result that is more downturned than my natural rotation. All I‘m seeking is someone able to make my nose upturned/more nostril exposure like it was pre op.

Does anyone know any good revision surgeons?

I was given a downturned, masculine looking nose post op with a stiff 3 piece strut placed basically locking my nose in a downwards position. I want to get the slope I asked for in the first place and return to my natural rotation/bit more upturn.

Willing to pay any price and take any flight, I’m just worried about being botched or getting stuck with a downturn again, and am struggling to find a revision case of shortening a nose and making it more sloped/upturned as opposed to lengthening/reconstruction.

Feeling hopeless

My nose was heavily operated on in ways I was not even told. My surgeon placed a strut that’s locked my tip downwards. He gave me a convex shaped nose with a downturn that looks very masculine and disproportionate.

I feel absolutely hopeless regarding my nose. I’m scared I’ll have to use rib cartilage in revision and go through even more pain. I’m scared nobody is able to undo the damage he did to me. My smile is damaged after his tip to septum suture and my upper lip does not move. It’s almost 10 months and it’s not getting any better

I just want my upturn back. To be able to smile normally again. I don’t know if I’ll need rib cartilage to fix what he did to me. Is it painful/does it restrict activity for a long time?
