Tell me your best and most durable "Non-Stick" Pan

Hi there!

Was already here for advice a few weeks ago and it was good feedback, so i wanted to ask about your best recommendations for 2 pans that my mom asked me to research for her.

We currently have 2 mainly used Pans at home, that my mom bought for ~90€ each and after 3-4 years of use both are extremely warped and scratched up.

Now the goal are 2 pans, different brands or a set (doesn't matter), that have a Non-Stick coating for simplicity of use (there are 5 people in the house and none know how to cook "very good", so they should be as durable as possible for when my siblings want to cook without much experience).
As i understood we had some SS pans before, but they didnt really meet expectations, because it was too difficult to cook with them, so the Non-Stick coating is a must.
Pans should have 24-26cm diameter and a 30cm diameter.

We have an induction stove and a oven, but dont use pans for the oven.
And we can order stuff from germany and italy, so I would appreciate product recommendations from that region.

As i have read hundreds of comments here I think i have understood, that Ceramic coatings are not extremely long lasting, so maybe for my case the PFTE would be the better option, is this true?

The best situation would be a set with lowered prices of course, I already looked through many websites, but maybe someone here has a good tip.

Thanks

TL;DR: Looking for specific advise for 2 Pans:
- As durable as possible - whole family is using them
- Pan 1: 24-26cm ⌀
- Pan 2: 30cm ⌀
- Non-Stick coating necessary, either Ceramic or Teflon - focus on durability
- Area: Germany and Italy
- Stove: Induction

Looking for advice when buying a Wok-sytle Pan

Hello there, after reading some other posts i wanted to seek advice from anyone with more experience than me.

I'm a student right now and i live in germany, so my budget is limited but im on the search for a good type of pan, that i can use similar as a wok.
The idea right now was to look for a stainless steel pan with high sides, because I could use it for asian food and also for other things. I generally lean towards that type of investment in a pan, because i use that type of pan the most right now.
First my budget was between 50 and 100€, but after researching a bit I've seen if i want to buy something of quality i would net to spend up to 150€. I think that would be acceptable, but that would be more than all of the rest of my cookware combined.

At the same time i dont want to buy a carbon-steel pan, because of the maintenance aspect. (I had my eyes on that pan first: https://www.spring-brandshop.com/en/Spring-Wokpan-CANTON-30-cm/44706 )

I have an eletrical stove right now, and i would like to keep the possibility to switch to an induction stove, too.
After searching around for a day now on different websites I'm not sure wether i can afford a very good company like De Buyer, Fisser or Demeyere, but I came across "Fiskars Norden" which looks like it fits the profile im looking for: Stainless steel, big handle (not too thin), wok-style, 110-120€.
What do you think about these, has anyone used them before or heard something?

What other products could you suggest for my situation?

TL;DR: Are these good, its maximum Budget for me. If no, other suggestions?
