Background:
"Sail 250 Maryland" featured 14 tall ships from around the world. It's an unprecedented show unique to Baltimore. This incident happened after I left the event, but my friend stayed back and captured this. 🙄
Throughout the U.S., Geese are federally protected, and attempting to handle them violates both city regulations and federal wildlife laws (especially without permits/licenses).
Would you mind your business or would have told her "No"? ("No is universal in just about every language😭).
Or you may see nothing wrong with this at all? 👀
