I’ve gone to the doctor a couple times and I don’t have pcod or pcod , neither thyroid issues , they tell me to not stress as stress stops ur period . I always get my period every alternate month , it’s really frustrating . I stress about countless things and I cannot not stress , pls believe me I’ve tried . I’m also not sexually active .Does anyone know what I must do to get my period? .
