Self-hosted session replay for Laravel (with a Filament plugin): would you use it?

Hi all!

Here's a session replay package for Laravel that runs entirely in your app: recordings stay on your own disk and database, no external service.

The player shows the mouse trail and clicks, with page views, failed Livewire requests, rage clicks and JS errors on one timeline (there's a Filament plugin too, shown in the video). Inputs are masked by default.

I'd like your feedback :) ... before v1.0.

Would you use this, or would you rather use a hosted service?

Edit: it's now public as a beta, thanks for all the interest!

Agents in your Filament panel, free & MIT

Hi r/filament. Filament Agents is released! An AI chat inside your Filament v5 panel that runs on your own tools, and does not get to touch your data without asking first.

- An Ask button on every page.
- Answers come with your own tables and charts, not a wall of text.
- Every write is a proposal with Approve and Reject.
- The same tools serve an MCP server, so Claude Code can nag your panel too.
- Free, MIT, on laravel/ai.

composer require packstub/filament-agents

Docs: https://packstub.dev/plugins/filament-agents
Source: https://github.com/packstub/filament-agents
On filamentphp.com: https://filamentphp.com/plugins/packstub-agents

Questions welcome, especially the "will the agents steal my data" kind. :)

htmx + Laravel

Two years ago I started an open-source project named Lamx - for Laravel + htmx integration - but the project was inactive for a looong time.

I want to resurrect it! Who is interested?

The goal of the project was to have components similar to Livewire, but with htmx.

Feeling nostalgic for the pre-AI era of learning new tech

I've been feeling nostalgic lately for the days before AI, back when building a simple TODO app was a genuine joy, a way to explore a new stack, and a way to relieve fatigue.

Does anyone else miss that time?

Which stacks that you learned this way made you feel more excited?

HTMX was one of those libraries for me.

Does anyone else miss that hands-on discovery phase?
