Ek toh i do not understand this absurd argument which says "Why are 85% seats reserved for MS candidates", i'll tell you why "Because GLC and ILS are run by the government of Maharashtra", In an institution run by the state govt, the preference in admission must be given to the resident of that particular state. I don't see anything wrong in it. Some guy here posted about how he is "more deserving" and how he is subjugated to "unfair treatment" and the "Preferential treatment". THEN DONT COME TO MAHARASHTRA and DONT COMPETE IN CET. You have preference in your own state, stay there. no need to come here and just yap about what everybody knows, aint gonna help you.
