I was just walking up the street in Freeside. I saw this guy get stopped by these two guards outside the silver rush. He was acting really weird. Anyway, I go to head through the doors of the atomic wrangler. The guy blew the fucking store up. Then one of the guards killed the other one, drank 10 bottles of nuka cola, ate 5 boxes of cereal, took 5 hits of jet in 3 seconds flat, and vanished into thin air.

Has anyone seen this guy before?
