This update includes a minor upgrade to Chromium 150 (Extended Stable Release) from upstream, which in turn includes security fixes from Chromium 151.

As we are closing in on release and we feel the pinned tabs improvements need more work, we have disabled them for now. You can still enable them via flags to continue testing if you like.
