artfight is over so now I'm back to witchlight fanart!

I only have an 18-55 lens and obviously had to use solar film, so I wasn't expecting godly photos. I'm only an amateur and I only take photos for fun, but with the eclipse today being rare I was hoping I could get at least one cool photo to keep.

As soon as I got home with my camera I realised something terrible, I shot the entire thing on jpeg, instead of jpeg+raw. I had planned to try and crop and edit the raw images (normally I never edit anything so I'm no expert), but these jpegs are pixelated mess when cropped.

do we think there's any hope of saving them? or should I just admit defeat?

this was originally coalecroux as jedediah and octavius, inspired by the gang turning into toys. but it ended up becoming a pride piece too and I'm not complaining. it was inevitable really! what did I expect combining these guys?
