Extremely light pressure not only caused the screen to slightly crack but the whole device is bricked. I've never had a tablet, much less one of this price point this fragile or had to deal with customer support as poor as I have trying to get this resolved. If you're an artist who is expecting this tablet to help you with your career maybe consider just spending the money on advertising, taking your family on a vacation, buying a used car or having a bonfire with the cash. As they would all be better options than purchasing the movink 14.
