Ray for the roof!

Backyard Discovery Zalie greenhouse and it fits perfectly in our little space. Question for those who have finished the build though - how the heck did you get up there to seal the polycarbonate panels?? I’m having a logistical challenge and could use some suggestions!

Advice Needed!

I've been eyeing this greenhouse for a while but can't seem to pull the trigger because I'm convinced there are other things out there that can do the same (or similar) thing for less money. I'm asking for help/advice because I purchased a greenhouse from yourgreenhouses dot com and waited six months and had to cancel it because it was never sent, so now I'm scared of getting screwed again. Hope you all can take a look at what I've linked here and give me some feedback and/or other ideas on where to look and what you've got that serves your purposes well.

Things I like about this one are:

  • Double-walled insulation
  • Automatic ventilation
  • Rain gutters (weird, I know, but I collect rain water)
  • Built-in shade system

Things I like but am unsure if they're useful:

  • Programmable misting system - I'll have plants in there like Hoyas, Monsteras, Philodendrons; obviously they're mostly tropical and will love the mist and humidity, but keeping the plants watered tends to generate enough humidity I find.
  • Built-in shelves - worth it, or can I get away with just building my own? What's really more cost effective?
  • Sink basin

Things I don't like:

  • The price, really...

They offer a version without all of the extras that isn't much of a cost savings, so if I'm going between these two options the more expensive one is a better choice.

If you've gotten this far and still feel inclined to provide some input, I appreciate you!

Do you ever miss them so much it physically hurts…

We lost him unexpectedly at 12, almost 13, back in December. It still physically hurts every time I think about him, I miss him so much. He was just the bestest boy in every single way.

ETA: I posted earlier today on a break from work with a heavy heart and you all have lightening it so much with your memories and anecdotes. I’ve ready every single one (flowers, keeping fur and collars, etc) and I love hearing them all. Please keep them coming and I’m sending you all love right back. Thank you for sharing, and here’s to our best puppers ever. ❤️
