I’d like to get a large freezer and keep it in the garage. I read that a hot climate can make this difficult. The hot temperature will make the freezer overwork and fail.

Anyone keeping a freezer in their garage? Can you recommend a brand? Thanks much

I’m new to the area (used to live in the Midwest). I heard someone talking about watering their house foundation.

Is this necessary? Any good resources on how I do this? Thanks much

Anyone have a good experience with a company that hauls away appliances (refrigerator and washing machine)?

Any help is appreciated thanks.
