Hi all, recently exited the army so I had to turn in my issued MOLLE 4k ruck (not great but worked). I love rucking and want to continue doing it.
Researched the MALICE pack, goruck, and wild gym. Regular hiking packs with internal frames like from osprey I honestly don’t really know much about, and have seen mixed reviews of how well they hold weight.

Could anyone recommend a pack that can easily hold a 45 lbs plate + water with minimal finagling, and does not look tactical-like?
