Hi! A weekly walk client of mine recently asked for housesitting from me for 4 nights. She requested it weeks ago and it was set to start 8/20 7p. Last night, she let me know that her ex husband would be taking care of the dogs now. (I didn't need to know that. But that's what she told me). She asked if she could use the housesitting as credit for the upcoming weeks of walks. I agreed. But I really didn't want to and realize I don't really have a policy in place for something like this. I just know I'm now not going to make 7 weeks of walk money in addition to the housesitting and I'm frustrated.

What would you have done?
