I am reposting the settlement, because there seems to be a lot of misinformation about what the settlement actually stops her from doing (and I originally posted the pages out of order on accident). She has restitution payments, cannot charge shipping for a digital product (already not legal), and has to deliver on any promises she makes in selling the product: ie if she says it's a custom plan, she has to actually tailor the program to that client. She IS allowed to have fitness and nutrition content or products. She just can't do fraud, like everyone else (besides the oligarchs). There are no specific consequences in the settlement for her scamming people again by saying something about a product and then not deliver on those things. It would just be a fresh new lawsuit. If she wants to do 1-on-1 bible coaching with women for, I don't know, $300 for 3 sessions, she can as long as she actually meets with the person 3 times. The settlement is a finger wag and give us restitution payments. That's it.
This was settled in June of 2023. Her payments either started in June or July of 2023. That means the Lump Sum of $300k, balloon payment is due this month or next month. If she failed to pay, there would be additional court filings. We haven't seen that yet.
