Query related to extended warranty

I own a River Indie that is about 2 months old with 1,500 km on the odometer. I ride around 300–400 km a month, only charge using the standard charger, and the app shows my battery health as "Excellent." I plan to keep this scooter for at least 7–8 years, as my previous ICE scooters are still with my family even after 10 and 12 years of ownership. I'm still eligible to purchase River's 8-year extended warranty, but I'm unsure if it's worth it. River seems to have a good reliability record so far, and I haven't come across many reports of battery or motor failures.

For long-term Indie owners, did you opt for the extended warranty?

If you were in my position, would you buy it or skip it?

I'd really appreciate your advice and real-world experiences.

750w charger not working

Sometimes the light on the plug turns on but the brick light doesn't. But when I twist and rotate the wire near the plug, I can hear some voice and then it starts working.

What should I do

Time changed on its own for no reason

One thing which can be the reason is I just for the notification for booking the service in the screen.

How to fix this. Time is incorrect on the app too. It wouldn't be a big issue but now I can't see the correct time by which the charging would finish.

Is extended warranty worth it

It's been 15 days now since I got my river indie, at that time I didn't think of getting an extended warranty but after getting active in this community it seems everyone is getting one.

I have 6 months of time to get an extended warranty, what do you guys think, should I get one after some time or it's not very useful.

I think if the company is willing to provide that long of warranty(paid too) it means they have quite trust in their product and I should not spend more on it.

Need valid suggestions
